Low cost, clean trucks
Paid approx. $400 for a hitch & bike - Never rec'd tools, instructions, zero paperwork. After calling I was told to come back to the store; 25 minutes away - Went back on April 30th (Sunday) 2 Lines that were not moving; super slow; and a lot of people not happy and of course I had to leave for another appt - I waited for 30 minutes; nothing. Asked for the items to just be mailed to me to save on another wasted trip - Was told NO!!! I would ever go back unless it was for warranty work.
Extremely rude woman at the front desk charged us a 150 dollar cleaning fee. GO TO ANOTHER DEALER. Corporate reversed the fees because it was laughable.

Under staffed...so long wait. However...the only guy there was personable and provided great service once it was my turn. Snow was brushed off truck and my questions were answered. Worker was only reason for such a high rating.
