Nice movers horrible communication. Set a date, got a fair estimate and movers did show up at 10am on move day. They worked very hard and this review is in no way a slight to them. Move day went perfect. However delivery day did not. The owner was slow to return calls at first, changed the date several times, then simply didnt return my calls at all. I mean THE owner of the whole NEO operation. I had a two week window with no idea of delivery date. He then failed to give me a verbal delivery date after the receiving team left voicemails from their company as well! Finally, their owner in NC decided to take it into his own hands. He drove back to Ohio picked up my shipment and brought it back. They were embarrassed in NC for this companies behavior. Want to have poor communication, and arrogant behavior with all your belongings on the line? Look no further.
