Unorganized mess. If you’d like to waste your valuable time go here.
I've never posted a review before for any business. I just got off the phone with someone at the NeuroCare Center in Canton, Ohio who I think was the receptionist as I pressed 0. She answered the phone in a way that said she was very, very busy and I had better talk fast. As a receptionist myself in my former job it was very important to me to answer the phone in a manner that WELCOMED the caller. I was the front line and the first impression. And I just worked for a property management office, not a medical office that deals with sensitive issues like the brain and behaviorial issues. She shot off questions and I hardly had a chance to answer and she made me feel stupid when I asked her why she had to ask the delicate in nature questions. She interrupted me when I was trying to get information and just made me feel like a real nuisance for calling. Is she treated poorly by the doctors and other staff so that she acts like this? I don't know but I would have given a no star rating but wasn't sure if I could. I am moving from North Carolina to return to Ohio after 10 years. This person just put a really bad taste in my mouth for Ohio healthcare in the Canton area. Please learn from this NeuroCare Center and give training to your front line staff.
I have a very bad taste in my mouth regarding their patient care. Our doctor (Dr. Casanova) is the nicest guy in the world but the office management leaves a lot to be desired and do not respond well at all to follow-up requests.
There were an option to give 0 stars I would give that .This places an organized unsympathetic and I wish I had never gone there. I was a yell that on the phone when I called crying in pain. Hung up on another time. Nurse practitioner was snippy and rude. Doctor told me I had a condition did not explain what it was and what it would do. Paid to have FMLA papers filled out and they never did it. Left Multiple messages for the staff and they never called me back. MRI staff was great though. Totally different than the people running the up stairs and front end.
Exactly the same experience as Cassie. My wife has a TBI and botox helps greatly. They also called us 2 weeks prior. Not nearly enough time to have the whole process completed. Fortunately our CVS Specialty Pharmacy will ship to the doctors office so they have it at least 48 hours ahead of time. This change should be communicated right after a treatment so as a patient you have the time it takes to get all of this organized.
Its the patients that ensure your business people... please start treating us as your customer instead of a nuisance that you have to deal with in between other things!!
I have been on hold for over 20 minutes, not a soul to answer a phone call at Neurocare Center. I wouldn't wait if I didn't have to and I certainly wouldn't try to make an appointment with this kind of staff shortage.
