Treated me like a human! Great Doctors and Nurses.
This place runs me in circles. I've been trying to make an appointment for over a week because of how my meds are effecting me and they just send me over to a voicemail to make appointments all the time. It's stupid. It's rude. I'm about to switch to a place in alliance. DON'T GO HERE! They treated me like a child and refuses to help me when I asked.
I get switch doctors all the time...one nurse I like there I give her 5 stars the best was Wyckoff he left
Expect to wait an hour plus whatever your appointment time is, explained our work schedule before setting the appointment. (Although it took them 5 days to call back to schedule an appointment) Told to show up all documents filled out and we would be in and out in 30 mins,however that was not the case. Showed up 10 mins early documents in hand and still waited an hour plus with no contact. Finally had to leave because of work. Absolutely no sense of urgency! Not to mention there was NO OTHER PATIENTS THERE. I am not unreasonable about a wait but this was ridiculous! I would not recommend this establishment to anyone no matter what the circumstance. The only reason I'm leaving one star is because zero is not an option!
