Best, VA facility in the area, in my experience. Everyone is nice. I have an excellent Dr. and a kind Nurse. If the entire VA was like this facility, Veterans would have no reason to complain...

Called for help! Nurse was hostile and arrogant. Called me a liar and got combative on the phone. Told me she wasn't going to give me an appointment until following week or two. Said I suffered this long. I can suffer another week or two. Luckily I called head supervisor and am getting in thur. for my medical problem. Went to medical appointment on Thursday morning. Nurse Val and nurse Green asked what my problem was. I have scabbies on my scalp and around my eyes that need a specialist. They used a flashlight to look at my eyes and scalp. You cannot see microscopic mites unless you take a scraping and look with a microscope. They said I was imagining it. How do you imagine bites on my head and eyes. ?? They refused to send me to a dermatologist. I gave them a tiny mite off me and used a fine comb through my hair and gave it to them. They refused to send it to the lab. Said I'm delusional. The pack team 6 are inept and not qualified to cut my nails. When I brought the samples for them they locked me in a small room??? Why??I'm going to a dermatologist and let them help me.

the va sucks.i had to go to the emergency room but the va won't pay for it
