Great massage place
Not bad massage, but the amount of upselling is truly epic. It's like a used car dealership.
My one time massage turned into a 20 minute conversation on why I should get a membership. Against my gut feeling, got a membership, was told all about the "perks". After they got my card info and I left that appointment, I didn't hear anything about my rewards, perks, or anything for about 7 months! And that 7 months was to remind me that I had membership rewards, but I had no idea what they were at that point. Communication to their members could increase significantly and be more informative. You are also locked into a membership for 12 months! And they will increase the monthly fee if need be. You are just notified. Its absolutely ridiculous! The membership discounts and so called "perks" are absolutely terrible, you really don't get a lot. My relaxing, one-time appointment turned into a 12 month long reminder of what a terrible experience it was.
60 and 90 minute massage sessions are affordable. Membership provides excellent discounts and options. Friendly, clean and relaxing environment. Very professional staff. Relieves a ton of tension and the feeling lasts through the next day.
Had a great experience! Staff was polite and professional! I would recommend Betty, she put me at ease and gave a great massage. The tightness in my neck and back disappeared! 5 stars!!
If you just want a single massage session, be prepared to justify why you don't want a membership.
