Very professional but a bit time consuming. I went in to have a tire replaced and had to have 2 replaced because they didnt have my size(back tires were different from front). Over an hour later they come back with a report that recommended I have the ball joints replaced as well(over $1300 to have that done). Thanks but I just wanted to get my tire changed and be in and out.
Very disappointed, took 4+ hours to mount two tires when they were already off the car. Called to check on them and was given attitude and no answers to when my tires would be done. Takes other shops 20 minutes to do this job. Also didn't like my wheels sitting outside the shop waiting to get stolen basically.
Worse experience ever waited over a hour past my appointment time just for them to tell me they couldn't do the work that needed done and they recommended me to another oil shop
