i wish i could give negative stars, took my vehicle there to have some preventive maintenance done, mind you i have never had a problem with this vehicle ever since i got it back i have had nothing but problems. Stay away these guys are hacks!!!!!
Art is one of the few small business owners who are honest and dependable. He listens to your concerns about your car and works with you to remedy the situation. As a woman, I was impressed that he took me seriously and treated me with respect.... many automobile repair shops do not! He and Michelle are gems in the auto service industry. Arts Auto has professional and competant mechanics working there. The prices are reasonable and fair. My whole family takes our cars to ARTS!
I have been going to Art's for a few years now. This place is amazing! Art and Michelle are very honest, extremely reasonable, and easy to work with. I will not take my car to a dealership again. They will take the time to explain any issues with my car and how to recognize common maintenance. I always feel reassured after my car has been serviced or worked on. I highly recommend Art's to anyone who is looking for an honest family owned business.

The woman that works here is the biggest piece of hypocritical crap I have ever met. She is the epitome of back yard mechanic trash. It only makes sense that Time Warner Cable brings their vehicles there, they both strive to give the worst service possible. Birds of a feather right Michelle?
