Owned two different boots in less then 8 months. First pair i paid 120 for before tax had a side seem split after 5 months had it repaired and got them back a week later 2 days later the other side split. Took them in again and got a new pair for around 250 and after 2 months the toe rip. Store or corporate wont honor them. Dropped my boots and left. Dont waste your money

I've been buying from this store for the past 5 years. Red Wings are the only shoe that I can wear without terrible heel spur pain. Very comfortable and last me a long long time. I usually have great customer service and have no complaints at all.
