I've always been one to buy online because I'm always trying to get the best deal. Needless to say I won't do that again when it comes to shoes. I was immediately greeted by Jared of Finish Line. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me out. I'm very picky when it comes to the feel of shoes, but Jared assured me he would do whatever it took to make me happy. For extra assurance Jared told me I could wear the shoes for up to 2 weeks and he would give me a full refund if I wasn't pleased. I took him up on this, and I unfortunately did end up taking the shoes back because I started having back problems due to the way I was walking in the new shoes. I was nervous returning the shoes because I work in a greasy shop, but I figured I'd try anyways. Jared immediately recognized me, greeted me professionally and lived up to his every word. I returned the shoes, got a refund, and took home more comfortable shoes. I can't tell you how pleased I was with the transaction. Jared was a super cool guy, and I'll be back for my future shoe purchases. Thanks Jared!
Ordered shoes in the store with the manager on 3/22 after being on the phone with customer care and Jared for the past 2 days I am just finding out the order did not go through but the money was taken from my account. I spend tons of money with Finish Line and I will now be spending it with Foot Locker.
Great shop @ Belden Village Mall. The staff are very helpful and know the product line, that is available in this store.
Salesman told me i had 2 year warranty on shoes and then avoided discount he offered at cash register. The shoes I purchased had a warranty issue and the sales person did nothing to help ... buyer beware order your shoes online for cheaper but better customer service. Order direct from shoe manufacture and avoid finish line especially in canton mall... I dropped $300 and got screwed by them
