"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE" I am a Marine Combat veteran who had rented a storage unit from this location... After some time I moved to NC again and left items in storage, miscommunication with family members and loss of my job left my storage unit "past due" after speaking with the owner who was VERY disrespectful and would not work with me auctioned off my items which we mostly pictures and marine corps items...... Thanks to my family who love and support me went to the auction and bought the unit, the owner set a $400.00 reserve on the unit which I was under the impression they could not do this, my father cleaned the unit out and a 32' led TV was broken which my father stated my lock was already removed from the unit.... WOULD YOU WANNA RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE?? 2 tours in combat do not rate me anything more than anyone else in this country but you would think being a decorated combat veteran I would get a little more respect and understanding in times of need..
My experience with this place is phenomenal. The owner, Jack, really cares about his customers and went out of his way to make sure that I would be taken care of. I required a special unit that was temperature controlled and the staff was able to easily accommodate me. I would recommend this place to anyone. Overall great experience.
Every time I visited the office the staff was warm and very professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this storage facility.
I wasn't rude, I didn't yell or conduct myself in an insulting manner... I merely tried to offer a solution that benefits everyone. A simple no would have worked.
I am the employer of a customer of this facility. My employee has had difficulty paying rent on the unit and has fallen behind; in an effort to be good to my guy, I called the facility and tried to work out an arrangement.
The owner said "I'll tell you what I'll help you out. Come in and pay $400, then pull another $237 out of your pocket and give that to me too and I'll let him take his things out".
I called, a man answered the phone. I politely asked him for his name and he responds with "whats your name". I told him who I was, and why I was calling.. He still refused to tell me his name, but indicated he is the owner.
I've rented here for 3 years without any issues. Office staff are very friendly. I like the security features of this facility and have nothing but good things to say. I would highly recommend this place to store your belongings.
Ultimately, my employee pays $150 per month for the unit and isn't able to pay the backlogged amount. He pays them every month but STILL cannot get his items out. He owes $637 currently and I asked the owner if he would take a settlement amount, in which I would loan out and pay for him, and allow my employee to close the account out.

Take your business elsewhere. This "no name" owner obviously has something to hide from the public and that's why he won't even tell you his name.
