I have been taking my two dogs to Classic Pets Grooming for three years and have always been extremely satisfied. They go out of there way to groom my dogs to our compete satisfaction. Jan and her staff are friendly and handle the dogs as though they were there own. Jan is a wealth of knowledge and is more than happy to share her knowledge on various subjects when it comes to our pets or anyone's pets. My pet dogs really get along well with all the members of the staff and actually get excited to go there. I highly recommend Classic Pets for all of your pets grooming needs.
Classic Pets does a wonderful job and my dog loves going in for his spa like grooming treatments. They gave me some valuable advice on food and treats for a dog that's suffered with allergies and excess shedding all of his life and it was spot on. Their location is convenient coming from just about everywhere. I'm hooked and will be a long time returning customer.
I am the owner of Classic Pets. We do everything we can to keep stress at a minimum. The grooming room is separate from all other facilities. In the kennel, The lights are kept dim as this lowers stress levels and keeps dogs calm. We put a pillow case in the grooming crate so the dogs have something to lay on other than the metal pan. Our grooming dogs are hand dried as much as possible. Instead of stressing the dog out to totally dry, (usually the face,)we put in a grooming crate and hang a box fan, which isn't heated, to finish drying.
