This place is mass murder. They make their dogs drink out of rabbit water bottles and stand in cages with no bottoms so their feet will become deformed and they will get chronic health issues. The dogs are bred over and over until they are too old then they kill them. They live by the factory of terror, and they had a bear that got taken away. Also the owners parrot got stolen and I have never been so happy that karma finally took place. If you want too see the animals real conditions go to mahoning road by the trailer park and take a look for yourself. There’s a big sign to show everyone where they abuse their animals. They should be shut down and taken to federal prison for animal cruelty. The place smells like bad attitudes and cat pee. Feel bad for everyone that spent money supporting animal abusers in their natural habitat. I called the cops on this place and they are investigating. Have fun rotting in hell owners.
Went here to four young male pet rats and everything they needed. What I got was four very very sick rats that we're not handled very much. Two male and two female, and I think there pregnant. Now I have to go get another cage to keep them separated. All four are healthy now and love human contact. I do not recommend purchasing live animals from that place, unless your prepared to spend some money on a vet. Food and supplies for pets is cheaper then most pet stores.
The owner is always nice to me and answers all my questions. Harry has good quality guinea pigs :)
I love this pet store so much! I’ve gotten a turtle from them, and I plan on getting a ferret very soon!

MY GRANDDAUGHTERS THANK YOU HARRY FOR RECOMMENDING THE BULLY STICK. SHE CHEWS ON THOSE INSTEAD OF THEIR TOYS. WE'VE BEEN CUSTOMERS FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS AND HOPING FOR AT LEAST ANOTHER TWENTY. KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE!!
