Great customer service. Spoke with Hannah on Monday and she was able to help get me a lower rate on my car insurance over the phone in less than 5 min. I've been with Smith-Reiss for years and have been able to get my questions answered on the same day. No need to call my actual insurance provider they handle everything for me.
I was nervous to switch insurance agencies, but Bridget made it so easy. I got the coverage I wanted and anytime I have an issue or question the front desk is super helpful and responsive. So thankful that I made the switch and can rest easy knowing I'm covered.
