A little more expensive than the big box stores but their customer support is amazing. They actually have knowledgeable employees who can walk you through your projects and help you find what you need. I always support my local businesses and I am happy that I have Old Tyme Hardware in my neighborhood.

We came for a couple of items and keys made. We went to key desk and hit bell 3 times. We're there for about 10min.a woman walked up behind desk and didn't acknowledge us or offer to help. As we left we told cashier we won't do business here anymore (as I prefer to give local business my money over corps. Even though cost more and live only a mile away) her response to my dismay was I have to ring bell!...we have 3 or 4 times I said and she says well I didn't hear it. What concern and service this was. Horrible and won't spend the extra money there anymore along with my family and close friends. What a disappointment of no concern or acknowledgement. Heading to home depot or Lowes. Thanks for ur time, highly disappointed canton south resident.
Regardless of square footage, YOTH has a surprisingly "complete" selection. I live close and am regularly prepared to drive to box store as I expect what I need to not be stocked, but I rarely leave there empty handed. Prices are good and staff is super helpful.
