WORST PLACE EVER TO GET A HAIRCUT!!! They completely messed up my hair and my best friends hair.. It's not even what so ever and my bangs are totally jacked up. I will never ever go here for a haircut again!
Absolute worst place to get your hair cut. The manager, Faith, cut my hair and it was horrible. I went back in a few days later to get my hair re-cut and Faith cut my hair again and she seem like she was pissed off because I came back. I was talking to her and she was totally ignoring me, staring off into space. It just seemed like I was a bother to her because she had to re-cut my hair. I will never go back to that place again. I would also not recommend anyone go in. I thought Faith was very unprofessional. I could tell she was not happy. I understand sometimes you get a bad haircut, but when I've gone back into Great Clips they don't have a problem re-cutting my hair and they don't give me attitude.
My hair was botched today. It's beyond repair and I swear my 5 year old could do better. They did credit me the price of the cut but I still have months and months of growth needed to fix the damage.
The lady paused to DANCE when she knew I was waiting for her. That should be enough of a review right there, but I'll elaborate.
When I show up for my appointment and the lady tells me to wait until she's done sweeping the floor, fine. No big deal. But when she then proceeds to stand around chatting with coworkers, pause her sweeping to DANCE, and take five to ten minutes helping a coworker without notifying me or putting someone else with me--during a busy, crowded Saturday afternoon... now that's just $#*! customer service. The cut was fine though.
I suggest never ever going here. I have natural brown hair and 4 or 5 months ago I got it dyed ombre. I liked it but I was wanting my all natural brown hair back and so I scheduled an appointment. I told the girl (who was new by the way) that I wanted all brown hair and that she could even go a shade or two darker. When she was finished, my hair was BLONDE. Not even just any blonde, STRAWBERRY ORANGE BRASSY BLONDE. I couldn't believe it. Worst experience I've ever had.
