Had them roof my home in 2003. Doug hair said he would be on site everyday of the work. Never saw him once till the day it was time to pay. The new roof had more leaks than the old one. It leaked inside my house and stained my ceilings. Doug came out and said his crew didn't do the flashing right and did patch work. Now 14 years later more leaking and they won't even get back with me after several calls.
In 2003, we hired Cavella & Hair Inc. to build our house. The experience, as anyone who has built a house knows... is challenging, however working with the owner and this company the stress seemed to be much less than we could have imagined!
