If you are looking for great customer service and personal attention ask for Lori to assist you. She made the Christmas shopping experience enjoyable for me for a change.
I had a great experience from the moment I walked through the doors. I was met and welcomed by Lori Fowler. She stood and talked with me for a few minutes to make sure I felt welcomed, at no time did she try to pressure me or make me feel like I was just another sale to her. Unfortunately the store didn't have what I was looking for so she went on line to find the item I was looking for and ordered it for store pickup. She went over the order with to make sure everything was correct before the order was placed.
They came up with an offer that I feel comfortable with accepting.
Store had a great selection with good sales and prices. Salesman listened to what we wanted and did not try to upsell us. Great atmosphere, great shopping experience. Would definitely shop here again in the future. Love our new sofa!
The staff, management and quality of furniture is always excellent at Ashley's in North Canton, Ohio. Everybody always has a smile on and they are very helpful without being pushy. Courtney on the administrative side of the store has given me and my Wife excellent service and deserves a promotion and a raise.

Purchased a reclining loveseat. 5 mins. after delivery, I was looking over it and discovered the frame on one of the armrests was damaged. Immediately called customer service and was told to wait 72hours for a phone call. Then someone will come with wood and tools to try to fix it. If not, they’ll go from there? Not acceptable. Do they have quality control that checks their pieces b4 delivery? I will not purchase again from them. Would you like it if you were made to keep a damaged item after paying all that $—NO. I’m giving one star because the delivery guys were polite and knew their business.
I'll change my rating again if everything goes as planned.
It's supposed to be on the delivery truck scheduled for 10/26/2017.
