The manager at this store, I believe her name is Melissa, is very rude and I can tell she doesn't really have much respect for her employees. I was in the store a couple days ago and I overheard her with one of her associates. She kind of back talked that associate with a very sassy, immature tone. This has also happened multiple other times whilst I have been in their store. The store also is always messy as mentioned by other people. It's as if they keep trying to change things around and can't make up their minds. I just feel whomever is running the store isnt doing a good job. I'll never shop here again.
The manager is very rude, named Melissa. Does not care for her employees or customers. Does not try to accommodate to anyone or help anyone. I recently worked there a few months back & quit because of Melissa. I do not recommend anyone to apply there. She would not work with my college schedule, very degrading towards staff & unappreciative. It never felt as a healthy & happy environment to work in. Everyone felt as they were walking on eggshells around her & could never talk to her about a problem or an idea. The other employees were wonderful which is why I stayed for the period of time. But the management is just horrific. Not a good manager at all. Would have stayed but I was not going to deal with how she treated people. The canton store has a very high over turn & from multiple people, they have all quit because of how she treated them. Customers have complained about her multiple times as well.
This place is fun to shop in during Christmas. A few good deals here and there.

I was a employee of the store in Canton Ohio Milissa the store manager is the worst. She won't work with ANYBODY'S SCHUDLE. She promises you a different job description then what you actually have to do . She's rude and very negative the store is understaffed and the work environment is hell you feel like walking on eggshells .she talks about employees behind their backs to other co workers . You call corporate do to unfair treatment by the manager MILISSA VANCE and yet again they do nothing. A lot of good people have been treated like they are nothing by the manger and left . The SCHUDLE for work aren't even printed and updated till that Friday so you have no clue if you work the weekend or not . She also plays favorites with her employees . So if you would like to work at a place where you get mistreated no hours and you don't know your schedule in advanced then steinmart and Millisa is the best place for you .
