Forget trying to collect an $1800 to a waitress, forget trying to garnish through small claims & heard by defendant that magistrate told her that the court will not do anything to help me collect the $1800. Submitted a balance of debt by both parties before Dec 31, 2015 as ordered by the Judge, but tried & can not get an answer on her decision either. The Debtor is protected like other criminals. I need Help!
I would rate 5 stars, but there was a toe nail clipping on the floor in the same spot both times I appeared in court (May and August).
