Asked a girl a question because they split the two stores up and i didnt know if there perfume where in both or a certain one .... the girl gave me a dirty look then laughed at me horrible customer service
I have gone braless because stores like this do not fit right. I am a bigger breasted women but not crazy big like they make me to be DDD.
Managers at Belden Pink are so rude. Wouldn't ever step foot in their store again. If you have to go to pink, just make the drive to summit mall in fairlawn. Employees actually care about their customers.
I went over to PINK after an unpleasant experience at Victoria's Secret(No one asked if I needed help but asked every older person that walked through the door), and as soon as I walked in, I was welcomed. Brooke was VERY friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable; although she was very busy, she made sure to help every customer that needed it and made sure to welcome everyone she saw. She is definitely the girl to go to if you need help! I had a great experience and would give them 5 stars!
Never again. Followed everywhere I went by one salesperson as if I was going to steal something. I understand why they keep an eye on people but this was overkill. Like I could stuff a bra into a tiny wristlet.. Had a bag full of things I was going to purchase but ended up walking out because of her. Will take my business to a different VS.
