Best car wash in Stark County. I take rentals there before returning them. I have been a customer for over 30 years. I especially like the interior cleaning. Excellent!
I didn't have an explaination at the time for the scratches because I didn't personally paint the car, only the body work on every panel, so until I talked to my dad, who did, I was unaware the door handles were taped around for the paint job, we did extra work for a customer and painted the whole car, with them knowing we took that shortcut to fix other areas of the car. The car was buffed, but not yet hand polished. Our steps are doing the body work, painting, buffing, taking the cars to red carpet for the wash (to help support local business), then we bring it back to hand polish after, so yes there was swirl marks but if we just buffed the car and ensured everything was scratch free, how would there be fresh scratches? Even if you say we did a poor job buffing, all that does is create swirl marks, which can be polished out, doesn't explain the scratches on a freshly painted car..
I know I reviewed this place years ago so I'm not sure where the review got to but the teen staff at the entrance don't seem to care and don't seem to pay attention. If they see a retractable antenna that they know is going to brake through the wash, they should say something. Those things are not easy to replace. When I called to see what they would be willing to do to make the situation right, all I got was a rude lady that said "well there is a sign (12 feet high you can hardly see) that says to retract antennas and mirrors.

After reading some good reviews, I took my SUV to get a good inside and outside detailing But the employee at the entrance denied to clean my SUV since it was little muddy and told me to come back after spraying off the mud. So don't go to this place if your vehicle is dirty.... I believe this place is only for clean vehicle...
Great place to get a car wash. They even dry your door jams! Not every car wash in the area does that. They also make sure all the dirt is off your car. I had a bunch of bird droppings and they were all gone! Great service!
After I brought a car back from getting washed I noticed scratches all down one side, it was recently painted and buffed, but these scratches were fresh. I'm not sure if it was an employee reusing and old rag that had something stuck in it from a doorjam.. so I took the car back and the owner said there was no way they could have done it and did nothing about it. So after years of taking our cars there we will be going elsewhere.
As a business, if a customer is unhappy with the job you've done your job is to make it right, whereas you tried to turn it on me and deny everything. So I wouldn't take my car there, knowing if they make a mistake they will take no accountability. In the years we've been bringing vehicles we've made no complaints, always tipped well, and the first complaint we have this is the treatment we receive.
